HOW DOES HWI USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
HWI uses your name, address, email and phone number for internal purposes only and does not sell or give out your personal information to any other organizations.
Internal purposes are:
- To send out meeting notices for events and programs
- To send out information regarding historic preservation
- To create an HWI Membership directory of all members
The HWI Membership directory is available online and is member-only password protected. The password is provided to members who request it. The purpose of having a membership directory is to give members an opportunity to get to know each other and foster a sense of community for local preservation.
If you would like to opt out of having your information listed in the membership directory, you may do so each year at the time of your membership renewal. If renewing online, there is an option to do so on the online form. If renewing by mail, fill out the form included in your renewal packet and include it with your membership renewal.
